You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, submitting a booking, making payments, uploading proof of payment or using any client, staff or vendor portal.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, interfere with the system or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until BTP Studios confirms the booking, package, scope, dates, location and payment arrangement.

Final pricing, transport, accommodation, production needs and deliverables may vary by event country, event format, team requirements and agreed scope.

Payments may be made through supported online payment methods or approved manual transfer methods. Manual payments and cash requests may require admin verification before they count toward your booking balance.

Installment plans, deposits, due dates and outstanding balances must be completed according to the terms shown during booking or confirmed by BTP Studios.

Changes to event dates, locations, coverage, package scope or deliverables must be requested as early as possible and may be subject to availability, revised pricing or additional costs.

Cancellation and refund decisions depend on the booking status, work already performed, reserved dates, third-party costs, travel arrangements and written agreement between the client and BTP Studios.

Deliverables may include edited images, video files, highlight previews, albums, Dropbox links, public share links, printed products or other agreed items.

BTP Studios selects and edits deliverables according to professional judgment and the agreed coverage. Raw, duplicate, test, technically unusable or unselected files are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

BTP Studios retains copyright in photographs, videos, edits, designs and creative works unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Clients receive usage rights for personal or agreed business use. Images or videos may not be sold, altered commercially or transferred beyond the agreed purpose without written permission.

BTP Studios may use selected images or video clips for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event or as part of your booking agreement.

Sensitive, private or restricted events can be handled with additional confidentiality terms if agreed in writing.

We work to provide reliable service, but we are not responsible for issues outside our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party platform outages, weather, venue restrictions, access limitations, force majeure events or inaccurate information provided by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTP Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
