We collect information you provide when you contact us, create an account, book a session, make a payment, upload proof of payment, complete your profile, submit feedback, or use a client, staff or vendor portal.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, country, event details, event dates, locations, package selections, invoices, receipts, deliverable links, uploaded files, messages and support requests.

If you sign in with Google, we use Google authentication to confirm your identity and create or access your BTP Studios account.

We may receive your name, email address and profile information made available by Google. We use this only for account access, onboarding, booking management and communication related to BTP Studios services.

We use your information to manage bookings, prepare invoices and receipts, process or verify payments, deliver galleries, provide customer support, send booking and payment notifications, manage staff and vendor assignments, improve our services and comply with legal or business record requirements.

With your consent or where permitted, we may also send service updates, newsletters or marketing emails. You can ask to stop receiving marketing messages at any time.

Payments may be handled through payment processors or manual transfer methods. We do not store full card details on our website.

We may use trusted third-party services such as Supabase, Google, Gmail, Paystack, Dropbox, Vercel and other operational providers to run the website, authentication, email, storage, hosting, analytics and service delivery.

Client and vendor galleries may include private links, preview images, Dropbox links or other deliverable links. You are responsible for sharing gallery links only with people you trust.

Public portfolio images are selected by BTP Studios unless a client has requested otherwise in writing before or during the booking process.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and support business operations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, payment, accounting and operational record requirements.
